Admin pages lost their formatting

I'm having a funny issue with my store. The formatting seems to be gone from the admin page. The rest of the store works fine, but when I log in to the admin section all I get is straight text-mode pages... no formatting or graphics or anything. You can see for yourself by going to http://www.baldwinhillframing.com/store/admin

This just happened all of a sudden today, and I don't *think* I changed anything...

I did search the forums and came across one reference to an over-zealous .htaccess file preventing the loading of CSS. I tried moving the .htaccess file aside as suggested, no change.

Ideas?

Viewing what is loading for your css it appears to be an error of permiissions

Ah, okay, now I see what happened. When I tried to install ezpopulate all of the ezpopulate files somehow ended up with 600 or 700 permissions. Fixed that and everything is fine.
