Placing links

I want to put additional links next to here, but I don't know which sheet I have to change.

The file you need to edit is found in this location

includes/templates/template_default/common/

the file is called tpl_header.php
I did it myself a while back to remove links from my nav bar, but i'm not sure as to adding links, i wouldn't be able to provide you with any scripts to do it, but do a search for adding links to your navigation bar and you'll get some proper help
