I can not get rid of this thing for the life of me. I've deleted the Clear Both line and I've tried changing the padding in the CSS. Any other suggestions??? Here is my site:

Not nearly as annoying as the way your site looks in Firefox, where the white line is at the top, and bigger.
I'd suggest you forget that white line for now, and fix the Firefox issues. You may correct the white line in the process.
Could you be more specific? I don't use Firefox so I wouldn't know how it looks there
It would make a lot more sense for you to install Firefox and check it for yourself.
Creating websites, especially ecommerce sites, involves making them available to all of your potential customers, regardless of OS or browser. That means that you have to install all the major browsers, and check to see how they render your design, and adjust it accordingly.
Can be a major pain in the backside, but ...
The good news is that all of the major browsers are free.
I have installed it and I do see the white bar at the top. But what I meant by clarification was how to fix it. This is the second store I've customized and the other doesn't have that bar. Is this in the css or somewhere else?
Ok I fixed the white line but in Firefox I see a pink line underneath the header that doesn't show in IE, is this just a Firefox glitch?
found several threads about this same problem but try this one:

...worked for me. i had to add mine to my logo wrapper...
i was fine in firefox but not in stinkin' IE.
