Is any way to allow only register users to send emails ?
I have many many spam email each day
Is any way to stop them even a simple code to add to prevent them.
I tried CAPTCHA using TTF & GD but I couldnt install my site face problem ...

Your best bet is probably to turn Tell A Friend off. See https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=50

They use contact us form not from tell a friend.

Hmmm... It's usually Tell A Friend. That's why I suggested turning it off. CAPTCHA is probably your best bet. I believe there's a CAPTCHA module in the downloads section and a support thread for it which may help resolve any problems you're having getting it installed/working.

To be honest I really hate captchas.. I really do.. they're just so annoying I don't want to put them on my site.. Is there any other alternatives ready made for zen? I've also seen that you have two numbers and you need to insert their sum in to the input box to proceed.. anyone know what's it called?

Whan you say spam emails, what are the "From" and "To" addresses listed in these emails. I ask, because as trivial as it sounds, that will help to formulate a correct answer for you.
