Blank pages showing up

Please help! when customers add somthing to their shopping cart on my website www.creativegiftsnmore.com or click on shopping cart or my account they get a blank page. Also, when trying to check out a blank page appears. does anyone know how i can fix this?

everything i find regarding this subject says to check the edited language files but i haven't edited any language files. I'm new to this and don't know how to do that yet. Can someone give another suggestion or tell me how to check the language files and what to look for?

Four of your bottom six categories also lead to a blank page.

Have you edited any other files, such as the Shopping Cart page?

One thing that can cause blank pages is having unescaped special characters in defines. Characters such as ', or ", or $, need to have a backslash in front of them, so if you edited english.php and changed the name of the Information box (line 137) to 'Here's Some Stuff' you'd have a blank index page. 'Here\'s Some stuff' would work.

Might be something to check.
