Help needed - installing a shipping module (Norway)

I would like to install a shipping module (courtesy of Rune) which has been made to fit the Norwegian postal system.

However, I am absolutely clueless as to how to get it installed and working. I have no knowledge of databases and sql and so forth, but would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to explain it in laymans terms.

If there are any useful links that might do the explaining, I'm thankful for those also. I do own a copy of Goh Koon Hoek's book, but I couldn't figure things out with the help of it.

I am a girl in need of an easy step-by-step guide and I am hoping that the kind and skillful members here can help me out
