When a user uses the Contact Us link and fills in the form, then clicks Send they get the following error message on the screen: "Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport."

HOWEVER, the message is delivered to the proper address.

When I open the message sent via Contact Us the first line of the message is: "A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted." Then the complete message is displayed along with the headers.

Any ideas?? I need to get this resolved.
