Aaargh HELP! Some idiot has broken my database

Hi Folks, I have been trying to exclude a category from the new products section of my home page. I found a thread about it that Linda had written and rather foolishly tried to edit my database according to the instructions. I now get an error on my home page. The page in question is www.usedhifishop.co.uk. I have tried to undo the damage but can't remember how I got into the database in the first place I feel like a really stupid now, I'm a hardware guy and should have left it to somebody that knows what they are doing.
I would be extremely grateful to anybody that can lend some assistance, I want to go live on August 21st and have an awful lot to do before then.

OK, panic over, found the thread Linda wrote and managed to undo the damage. Think I will find someone that knows what they are doing before I break it again. In the mean time I will go back to hitting stuff with hammers.
