Adding a button to a div

Is there away to add the more info text on the product listing page, but in my case quick info button i added a image instead of the text to a Div?

if so which file would i do that in?

I am sorry kim i explained that wrong, i did what you said here.

What i would like to do is put it in a div, I was wondering if that could be done? If so which file do i do it in?

What im trying to do is add a tooltip the the image. Quick info which can be seen in the last post. but im having a problem adding the code i need so i figure to solve the problem, i would put it in a div and just use CSS tooltip, instead of a javascript tooltip. What im trying to achive is in the picture. when you move your cursor over more colors like in the picture it will show like that.
