When trying to open the c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, there is no hosts, the file etc appears empty. I cannot figure out how to create a local domain to continue the Zen-Cart setup. Can anyone help?

Just follow the instructions on pg 37, Steps 2-3 to create the local domain.
