download link on sourceforge.net not working today ... need the admin footer.php file

Hi
Im in need of the following file
www.mysite.com/admin/includes/footer.php
as i messed it up but i dont have a backup of it.(ye iknow, stupid)
im getting the following error in my admin panel;

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/www/mysite.com/bionic-tonic/shop/admin/includes/footer.php on line 9

The download link on Zencart's homepage to download zencart from sourceforge.net DOES NOT work for me at this moment. Is sourceforge having a problem?
Im using the latest version.
Would someone have another download link or maybe the /admin/includes/footer.php file.

The download link works for me. You might want to try again. It might be an issue with your firewall restrictions. Here's the file.

the download link for zencart keeps loading for ever....

Maybe you need to choose a different mirror to download from when you're on the SF page.
