Footer not showing

I have spent hours researching this and searching the forums trying every possible solution I've come across, unfortunately I have been unable to get my footer to show. The site is http://www.musicalwholesale.com. I have attempted to change the $flag_disable_footer = true; (in tpl_footer.php) in every possible way described in these forums and other solutions. I know it's not the custom template because initially it had the footer. I would appreciate any ideas someone may have.
