Local install on my computer for Zen Cart

I have already installed XAMPP for my local server.

I have unzipped/extracted Zen Cart.

This is how it looks so far: c:/xampp/zen-cart-v1.3.8-full-fileset-11302007

Now, I want to upload the Zen Cart to the local server that is on my computer.

This is how it looks in the browser: http:/localhost/xampp

I did create a database called "store" in myPHPAdmin. At this point, I'm confused on how to move the zen cart files to the database. What steps am I missing to go further?

Take the contents inside the folder zen-cart-v1.3.8-full-fileset-11302007 and move to the htdocs section of xampp. Well, actually inside the htdocs section, make a folder for your site- like "store"



Then type in http://localhost/store/zc_install
