CSS Flyout Header - Not Working in IE

Hi Guys

I am currently just installing the modification for our website and i am having problems with the flyout side in internet explorer and also the horizontal alignment of a background image that i have placed in the style sheet for a tabbed look to the menu.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the lack of details;

i am using version 1.3.7.1 and flyout menu version 1.4 and the main problem is that the active menu system that does work through mozilla and the flyout action does initiate on mouse over will not work in internet explorer. Also there is a line along the base of the menu that is now the same colour as the background colour and is breaking the line of the tabs from the main body design, so they no longer look like the tabs are attached to the body.

I know there is nothing wrong with the modules as they work in mozilla perfectly.

i had created a two background images for teh tabs one is a button not pressed in and the second is pressed in so that when you move your mouse over the link at the top of the page the background image changed and the flyout menu part dropped beneath the tabs at the top of the page.

I have resolved the issue with them not vertically aligning with the top of the contentMainWrapper and also the problem of the flyout not working, the only problem i have left is that when i change the position attribute in the style sheet for the fly out menu from absolute to inherit so that it sits perfectly underneath the top tabs when you move the mouse over the top tab the main content table in the center of the screen moves down to the bottom of the menu and then when you move your mouse the main content moves back to it's original position. So it's position is being dictated by the size of the flyout menu and also it's position.

does anybody know how to make the main content table stay where it is and the flyout menu opens over the top of the centercolumn.

Have searched but not found any solutions.
Anyone got any suggestions?
