Hey guys... when I go to the zen cart admin page, it shows that I have 17 orders 'processing' but 0 on delivered.

When I click it, the reason it says is 'Billing and Shipping does not match'

The payment shipping is 'paypal free'

I believe this is messing up the total amount made on products because I can't find it anywhere. I want to see a total of all money made, so even though theyre able to download it (our entire store is JUST downloadable audio files), it appears that it's not going to the next step and hiding the total (is my guess)

Would someone explain this, and also if we should be using paypal express or another module (are those free)?
DrByte explained them but I was at a loss as to what he meant. At least someone could post me to an indepth thread. I have looked at the faq and don't understand it.
