Image Handler 2 doesn't work for my zencart 1.38a

i have Image Handler 2.0 installed on my zencart 1.38a,

i transfered 1 default image and 5 additional images to my product, then i went to admin - images to set IH zoom medium images and IH zoom small images on.

but on my product page, there's still only one image, i can't find the other 5 additional images.

it works on zoom small images, but doesn't work on zoom medium images.

my small and medium images are used the images in the folder bmz_cache, it's ok.

and my scrolling new product module doesn't work well anymore.

i was looking for the past threads but i still didn't find the solution.

how do i make those 5 additional images showing on my product page? and how do i resolve thoes problems? thanks a lot.

almost sounds like you didnt get all the files uploaded

it works on small zoom and watermark, images are used from the bmz_cache.

but no additional images shows up on product page.


all of thoes files of that image handler are correct? cause i'm sure i uploaded all the files to the right place and make the correct image names.

for my zen, there are only template_default and classic, i dont use any other templates, so i didnt transfer the files of template_custom, when i view the source, i can see

now, for the functions of my image handler :

IH resize images and images used from bmz_cache, OK
IH zoom small images, OK
IH watermark for small medium large images, OK

but, no additional images on product page.

besides those files i uploaded, any other files i should check ?

i have had a test, here is the picture of the product page to explain,

it means the additional images are right here, just we can't see them !

and i view the source of the product page, it shows the right directories of the additional images, for example images mb06_01.jpg, mb06_02.jpg ... with the long name from the bmz_cache folder, and link to large images /images/large/yea/mb06_01_LRG.jpg, /images/large/yea/mb06_02_LRG.jpg, /images/large/yea/mb06_03_LRG.jpg, it seems everything's right.

but those additional images still not showing up on the product page, its very strange, they are just like transparent !

i tried to clear the image cache by admin, but no luck.

to prevent making the customs worried, i didnt put those unsuccessful configueration to the open host, i test it myself. so its hard to show but only describe the situations.

for my IH2, it works on my english site (its my zen's default language), but it doesnt show additional images on product page on my french site (i instlled the french package), for the other functions small image zoom, watermark for small medium large image, they are fine.

and for the french package, it works fine on all the other parts.
the only problem is on IH2 (not showing the additional languages on product page)

i guess i should fix one language file, but i'm not sure which one,
french.php ? header.php ? or other ones?

you are good at those codes of zencart, and as your expierence, which part might be cocerned with this situation? thanks
