I'm trying to figure out how I might be able to change pricing for a particular session on the fly. Here's the scenario:

Customer requests quote, and for whatever reason, customer gets "x" off. So that customer calls and wants to place that order. In lieu of creating a custom coupon code for the specific purchase and changing the catalog price real quick, is there a way to adjust the price? Maybe an "admin pricing" type of add-on? I would also like to be able to add a custom charge. For example, a custom freight charge (basically any non-catalog item). Are either of these possible?
