I'm new to Zen Cart, building my site now. I noticed that the image widths on the category listing pages and the product detail pages are 100px and 150px, respectively. Those sizes are too small for my purposes. How can I change the default sizes for the small and *_Med images?

Look at your admin - configuration - images and adjust the settings there.
