Not loading properly

Hi,

My husband is trying to set this up on his website and he's gotten it configured and everything works fine however the index.php file does not load when you use the root directory as your URL. You have to type in the "index.php" part or it doesn't load. The real problem is that the "Home" link just loads the "Index of" page with all of the files on it. Neither one of us is well versed enough in Zen Cart to have a clue how to fix this.

Make sure you do not also have index.html file...
If you have, it will load first, superceeding index.php
