Header image covers Categories Tab Menu & EZPages

Hey guys!

My objective of the header and the image was to make sure it was large enough to be able to place a better looking image in the future. I created a large logo with a height: 130, width: 700. I know I should have created a header_bg image but I had so much problems because it kept on wrapping, so I decided to enlarge the logo.gif. Maybe, I can try to figure this out later. Any input on that would be great also.

The problem right now is that the image is covering my Categories Tab Menu & EzPages. How can I make sure, I can add a large image while making sure, my Categories Tab Menu & Ezpages are not covered.

I just figure out how to stop the logo image to not cover the EZpages. How do I make sure, I can just use the header_bg instead of the logo.gif to cover the whole top section?
