How do I change my home page please

Im going crazy
Im not very cluey, & have read many of these posts & im almost in tears
Its probably very simple & I just cannot get it
Here is my site

It has all these new products listed & im just getting a lil sick of it as it shows new products as items from months ago
Any way I would like to maybe just have one decent size picture instead of nine lil pics

I really hope some one can help me :)

Dispense with new products centre box.. then via html,
add your image, description and link via admin, tools,
define pages, define main page...

Via zencart admin, you can turn off showing new products
box on main page...
i.e.
admin - configuration - index listing and turn off SHOW NEW PRODUCTS/FEATURED PRODUCTS and SPECIAL PRODUCTS from the main page (changes values to 0)

Yes, correct, define main page is file you need to edit.
