Affiliate programs - which one and why?

I know there are two partners that sell software for affilaite programs. I'd like to know which one people are using and why they like it.

Also, is anyone using a web based affiliate program provider (ie. commision junction, etc), which one and why?

we used to use idev but they had an issue awhile back ( Im guessing they have t straightened out )

since then we have used jrox,
its easy to setup and use, and has multiple campaings that you can setup...

just personal preference
