My site has gone really slow,

Hi,

Can anyone help,
My Zen-cart store has started to go really really slow.
Including the admin page.

I know its not my internet connector or hosting server as I have other none zen-cart sites at are working fine.

The site has been running ok for about six months but the past couple of days its gone really slow.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Is there any maintaince that I can run?
