Remove item from order after order has been placed?

Once a customer has placed an order, is there a way to remove an item (or more than one) from that order? For example, the customer placed an order for 4 items, but decided they did not want one of them.

I don't see the ability to do that in Admin / Customers / Orders. The only thing you can do with the "edit" button is update the order status.

Am I wrong?

It looks like I need the "Edit Order" Mod. Can someone confirm this Mod will do what I need?
