Easy Populate - help needed

I have recently downloaded easy populate, and I cant for the life of me figure out how to use it. I have gone through numerous threads on here and i cant seem to find instructions for it. After installing it what do I do to start adding products to my site from excel.

Which version did you install?

I can help with the older version - the newer version I haven't used yet.

I have Easy Populate Advanced 3.0.3 installed and can't figure out how to use it.

I have a TON of new products I would love to figure out how to upload to my inventory but just don't know where to start!!
