Seo Urls 3.0.0-beta1 - when is on - cannot register :(

Hi dear Zenners;)

i've installed zen 1.3.8. and Seo Urls 3.0.0-beta1, but cannot register when seo is on when seo is off, its OK, here is my .htaccess file >
