    Default PayPal error message

Hi I'm working on a store and the following message pops up when trying to do a paypal order

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

In the admin section I have live settings set up for both paypal modules Pay Pal Direct Payment and Pap Pal Express Checkout

    Any ideas??

    That indicates a couple things:
    1. You're using v1.3.7 code. There have been a number of fixes and improvements since then.
    2. If you're not using v1.3.7.1 or 1.3.8, then you need to apply the PayPal Patch For v1.3.7 to your site.
    3. The error message itself means you've not supplied valid login details for your PayPal account. http://www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal

The cause is the same: incorrect PayPal credentials.
