Lost files and images

Hi Everyone,

I recently, today, moved my site from being an addon on my main site to it's own account. Unfortunately I seem to be missing a number of images even though I have re-uploaded them numerous times. But, more importantly my captcha image no loner shows up and my account page is showing language defines instead of what it should.
I have tried replacing my english files and a number of thers but can't find what is wrong.
Can someone please take a look and see if you can tell me how to at least fix the account page? What files I need to replace etc.
The account page is the link I'm posting. My site is adult in nature, toys, lingerie etc. This page I'm posting is harmless and only shows my logo image and so on.

Were you able to fix this? I am not seeing any missing images ...

Hi Linda,

Thanks for the reply. I was actually able to have the hosting company move the files for me from the original site to the new one which replaced the files I had uploaded. So all the files are there now.
