Anything else you might be able to share with use?
Zen Cart Version?
New, Clean install or an Upgrade?
Have you ever been able to login to the Admin?
Can you get to the Catalog?
Can you get to the Login in the Catalog?
A little bit more info would help in figuring out what the problem is ...
