Hello,
I am switching from a hosted shopping cart to ZenCart. I had an SSL installed by my host before. When i cancelled my service, they sent me a .PFX file and said that this is the only extension we can send you.
Is this the right extension for a SSL to install with ZenCart? How do I install this security certificate with my new cart?

That's a hosting-related issue. You'll need to talk to your new hosting company for specific assistance on installing SSL support for your new hosting account.
