    Default PayFlow Pro - why won't it work ?

    Hi All,
    I'm setting up a new cart with 1.3.8a and have installed the payment module for "Paypal - Payflow Pro - gateway" and I can't get it to authorise a credit card payment.
    How can I debug this and find out where the problem is ?
    Is this the right module to be using ?

    Any help would be really gratefull, this is the last step in getting this working.
    Thanks.

    You might try this updated payflow pro module built for v1.3.8: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...988#post481988

    Thanks Dr Byte,
    I believe I might already have this installed. Any way I can check the version number on the module ?

    This is the error log i get from any transaction in debug mode.

    payflow
    Value List:
    Array
    (
    [ORIGID] =>
    [TENDER] => C
    [TRXTYPE] => I
    [VERBOSITY] => MEDIUM
    [REQUEST_ID] => 1219929519
    [USER] => **********
    [PWD] => ***********
    [PARTNER] => ***
    [VENDOR] => *********
    )

    Response:
    Array
    (
    [RESULT] => 7
    [RESPMSG] => Field format error: ORIGID missing
    [REQUEST_ID] => 1219929519
    [CURL_ERRORS] =>
    )

    Session data: Array
    (
    [securityToken] => 58d8aca421ffc40a25e971d371db4e8f
    [language] => english
    [languages_id] => 1
    [languages_code] => en
    [selected_box] => configuration
    [html_editor_preference_status] => HTMLAREA
    [admin_id] => 1
    [reset_admin_activity_log] => 1
    )

    Does this give any clues as to why its not working properly ?
    As a user all seems to work okay, but payment not getting authenticated by paypal.

    What exactly are you trying to do?

    ORIGID is only required if you're trying to alter an existing transaction, not when attempting to take a payment.
    And, if ORIGID is being treated as blank, that suggests that you're providing an invalid order number for the history lookup or else the transaction you're referencing doesn't exist in your database ... which could be caused by a number of factors including fudged installation of different versions of the module or even altering raw data in the database.

    You've likely copied the main module file into the languages folder by mistake.
    Make sure you've put the right files in the right places. They may have the same filename, but the contents are different.

    So, the order goes through but you're having troubles viewing its status in the admin area?
