Discounts for a specific Attribute

I have a site for home made soaps and I have many different fragrances for soaps and incenses and various other items. What I want to do is have a fragrance of the month. Whatever the fragrance is for the month I want to give a discount. How would I set it up to do that for that particular fragrance/attribute? I have searched the forum and have not found anything that seems to help me with what I want to do. Thanks for any and all help.

You might look at the Attributes Quantity Discount and see if you can utilize that in some manner for this discount ...

How are your Products and Attributes setup now to manage the price?
