Default Error message when testing checkout at my website

I keep getting the error message:
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

I am new to zen cart and this forum, so please bear with me. I have all the correct information in my PayPal API folder, I'm not sure what to do.

The error message means what it says: Your PayPal API settings are not correct. Perhaps you made an error when typing in the values, or maybe included some spaces when you were copy-and-pasting the numbers?
