Is there a way to only let some users see an attribute for a product?

Can you give an example of how you would utilize this in reality?

Are you saying you have an Option Name of Color and Option Values of Red, Yellow and Green ... but certain people also get to see Silver and Gold?

Or, are you saying some get to see the Option Name Color and its little friends and others never see the Option Name Color and company?
