Changing 'Add to Cart' text

I am trying to change all references to 'cart' on my site to 'barrow' to keep in with the gardening theme. THere is one I just can't find how to change - I have tried a number of searches with the Admin developers toolkit but no joy.

http://www.plantperfection.co.uk/ind...roducts_id=127 gives an example of where the text is showing up (You have to log on at the moment using Email skyegospel################## and password Test1

Any ideas how I can change that white text from 'Add to cart' to 'Add to barrow' as I have done throughout the rest of the site??

Looks like it might be line 382 in english.php.

'Quantity in Cart' in the same box is on line 381.
