Product Images have disappeared

I seem to have accidentally deletd something to do with images and now all of my product images have disappeared and been replaced with those lovely little white boxes with red crosses. How do I get them back? I am very new to Zen Cart and anything to with setting up websites so I'm not really sure where to look for these things yet. I also get the following message in my Admin area when I click on Categories/Products " Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/craftysc/public_html/images/" Any help would be appreciated.

How do I get it back?

Create images folder
i.e.
Upload images directory from brand new zencart
zip file.
If you had your own product images stored, they may be
lost UNLESS your hosting company has previous backups
of your website.

Thanks very much for your help, I managed to upload the file I was missing and the product images are all now as they should be. I didn't set my Zen Cart up myself, I had someone else do it for me so I have just been blundering around trying to get things right. These forums are extremely helpful as they have helped solve quite a few problems over the past few weeks and this is the first time I have had to post to get help. I have to say it's fantastic to get help so easily and quickly and again THANK YOU!
