Email from site not arriving??

Hi there,
I have purchased an online store from storebuildersuk and have managed to get all up and running except for my email.....
Firstly my store is buckleandknife.com now if an email is sent to "[email protected]" it does not arrive in my mailbox.
I have added my second email address, "[email protected]" in the email config under MY STORE to send a copy to but to no avail.
I have added "sales@buckleandknife" to my address book in Outlook to no avail.
I then set up a new email account in Outlook for the same but all to no avail.
Please help because as it stands nobody can contact me from my site........I am a "Silver Surfer" and not very well up on these things.

Welcome to Zen Cart. If I understand you correctly, emails sent to [email protected] aren't arriving in your mailbox. Is this all emails to that address? If so, the problem is likely to be either with your hosting arrangement, or the way you have the accounts set up in Outlook.

If you can receive emails to thios address sent outside of Zen Cart, could you provide a bit more information about how you are trying to send them with Zen Cart?
