My end users are not able to check out once I have they have selected a product.
Once the user selects a product and clicks on the button that says and to cart or check out the site redirects them back to the advance search page.
I am using Link Point API

can not check out redirecting to advance_search page. Using "theme053" template.

Somehow your "theme053" template is missing the closing </form> tag on the search field in/near your header.
