How to start working with zen-cart locally?

Hello Everyone,

I am new and using first time "zen-card", where i have working with zen-card:-

1. How to change the theme via admin and where i have to download free templates.
2. Where i have start changes on existing theme.

3. I need to manage the categories and subcategories of the
product menu to apper in the body section of the page like it
appers in the site menu sections. The body section needs to be
more detailed with product pictures.

http//your_site.com/admin/template_select.php...... is where you can change your themes,assuming your Zen-Cart is in your "root" directory

thanks, but i need new free theme (template) and if i need to apply my own design in existing theme and so in which PHP files i have to start changes.

please reproduce the file name that is easy to me.
