Date Format - US to UK fine for shop, not-so-fine in Admin

Just added a new product in and noticed that the product was added to the catalog on 09 January, 2008. >.>

So I think I've changed something I shouldn't whilst messing about with all this date-changing stuff. On the plus side, it sounds like it understands that the date is 01/09/2008, but it's just reading it backwards.

Ah yeah, found that in my travels too, damn good. I think I've changed something above and beyond that.

I've decided that it's not really that big a problem. The shop says the right date and such, so it's just the admin that has the problem. So I think I'll just leave it.
