I think these are the files:

    includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/html_header.php

    includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php

I was looking around another post and saw something about putting them into those files. However It doesnt seem to work.

Let me tell you what I am doing and perhaps you can benifit from this as well.

There is a feedback system that gives a little floating triangle to any corner you want. I think it gives 1 a bit of trust. And 2) Actual feedback so that's cool too.

    Its Free too!!!

    kampyle.com

If someone can install it properly and tell us all how to, I think we would all like it.

Default Floating Feedback Widget that Stays on the page Free! Can it work on Zen?

I am trying to install this widget, It looks neat, Gives that feel of Security (While its not I know...) but if someone clicks on it it just gives the users an opportunity to tell you what they think of your site.. The little floating box is very tempting to click on.

The wiget can be found at kampyle.com

I tried modifying these 2 files to get it in:

    includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/html_header.php

    includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php

    With no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Forgive me if I am wrong. But don't you just put the javscript code in the javascripts folder and it gets loaded with the other zen javascripts. The second bit of code they supply would then go at the end of you </body> tag

I seem to remember doing this before.

    The feedback form looks good.

Ok well I signed up for this and gave it a go....you can see it in action at the link for my wifes site. I'm busy right now but I'll see if I can find time to write up some directions on what goes where.....

Idea or Suggestion Re: I need to put something in the <head> and <body> tag

In order to install the Kampyle Feedback-Form button on your Zen Cart, please perform the following actions:
    1. Locate your template folder. The default template folder is \includes\templates\template_default\.
    2. Edit \includes\templates\template_default\common\html_header.php (or it's equivalent, if you are using a different template) and insert the contents of the first Kampyle button code into the HEAD section.
    3. Edit \includes\templates\template_default\common\tpl_header.php (or it's equivalent, if you are using a different template) and insert the contents of the second Kampyle button code at the beginning of the html code (in the default template, the Kampyle code should be pasted right before the <div id="headerWrapper"> tag).
Please note: It is recommended that these modifications be performed by a website administrator since they require actual code editing. In any case, a backup of the edited files should be made before any modification are made.

    Enjoy
