EZ Pages Image Question

Hello, I am fairly new to zen cart and I recently installed EZ Populate into my cart. I am having a problem when it comes to the automatic resize of the images provided in my store.

I specify the image name for the .txt (tab delimited) file.

When I go to the site the auto-resize feature is not working even though it is enabled in my admin settings.

The image is displayed, it is just to the set pixel width and height...

However...
When the same image is added via the admin categories/products tool it works fine.....

With this problem comes another...
When the larger image link is clicked for an image, the image is shown in the pop up as the same crappy small image...


PLEASE HELP, HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE!
