I will probably throw myself into the template script for a few days and rewrite it for my personal needs
After all it’s flexible enough and it can be easily edited, right?
In first place, I just asked if there is someone made something which can help me and save my time, but obviously there isn't, which is fine.

Finally, I would like to thank you guys for the time spend reading my sh*ts

Having designed & corrected many Templates, Zen Cart or otherwise and IMHO, it is always best to create your Template as a stand alone HTML page. This includes your CSS, JavaScript or whatever else you want to use. This also allows one to Validate their code and know that everything is correct. From there you can run it as HTML or code it to be used within any script, be it PHP, Perl, ASP, whatever.
Yes, but there are no html templates for Zen Cart! You have to use the stylesheets and php is going to generate the html.

Basically, it's not useless, it's up to the end user to choose - me preffer HTML, you - preffer XHTML/CSS right ?
No, I don't prefer XHTML/CSS. I prefer to work in a way that will actually help me with Zen Cart which requires CSS for the php to generate the HTML.

There are NO templates written in HTML for Zen Cart because Zen Cart doesn't use HTML!

At last count, there were approximately 200 template files and these files are dependent on language files, page files and other files that control the functioning of the shopping cart.

"because Zen Cart doesn't use HTML!"

To be precise, Zen Cart does use (X)HTML, but it doesn't do it in a way that can be directly expressed in one HTML file - there would be a different file for just about every possible page permutation.

Yes, Zen Cart uses HTML, but not the way baskata wants to use it. There are no HTML templates for Zen Cart. The HTML is generated by php using the stylesheet(s) and information from the database.
