Radio Button or Larger text Link in Shopping Cart?

I want to know how I can put a radio button or enlarge the text in the cart where it says "checkout" and "shipping estimator" , radio buttons would be best. I find the text small and hard to read or see. I have included a link to a picture for you to see what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance!

I am pretty good with editing css and php so any coding would be very helpful.....unless this is just a simple admin change I can do that I wasn't aware of.

Did you lose your buttons or did you mean to use text there?
