    I have tested about 10 different ways to solve this and still end up with the empty image box with the red x if I want my imagemap to work.

    And now the entire store looks messed up in firefox.

    I am so close to giving up *bangs head on desk*

    Surly someone knows how to get this to work in both IE and Firefox, I see hundreds of stores out these with customized headers with links in them.

    LOLOLOL I had the header_bg.jpg image uploaded to the wrong place and thanks to Firefox CSS viewer add-on I was able to trouble shoot this by looking for broken images ;)

    I have messed my header up somehow. Half of the letters in the header don't even show up. Is there a way to reset the header, so I can start over again?

    I started over again 3 times.
    If you followed the steps to make a custom template you can copy the original tlp_header.php file from your default_template/common folder over to "your_custom_template"/common folder again and start over.

    I am not sure how to obtain the actual untouched file if you did not use the override system, at least not if you got the shop installed on your server for you like I did by my server host.

    I just had a look at your site in Firefox and it looks ok there. The text was not cut in half.

    Before you delete and start over you could try to adjust the red erea :

    #taglineWrapper {
    margin-left:135px;
    padding-top: 50px;
    background:;
    width:560px;
    }

    It is just a suggestion, I am seriously just a newbie and my advise might be rubbish

    Hi Anlill,
    Thank you for the response. That's interesting that the header shows up in Firefox, but it doesn't with my Internet Explorer. I can't even make out what the letters are. I tried to adjust the red area in the stylesheet.css, but it kept pushing the header down and the text along with it, so you still couldn't see it and it was getting pushed down below the header area. Thank you for your help though. I think I'll try to reset it, and go from there. Is there a place where you can get a new tlp_header.php file, if we have written over the original, or can't find the file?

    If you don't have an untouched copy, you can download a new ZC file package and unzip it on your computer to get to the files. Keep a copy as is and make a copy to edit for your site.
