I'm attempting to set something up where customers can upload photos and that attachment gets sent to an email address (preferably a different email than my orders, but we'll stick with one thing at a time ).

What I've gathered so far:
I basically copied the contact us form from that page and placed in into a define page "contests". That works, but I needed a file input box. So, I found this website which is exactly what I need. I'm having a problem converting it to "zen code" though. Creating the actual box is no problem, getting the file to attach is the problem. Actually, I got it to work once...but, well
The files I am modifying are includes/modules/pages/contest/header_php.php and includes/templates/mytemplate/templates/tpl_contest_default.php

If anyone has any knowledge on this it would be greatly loved.
