Category - Show sub categories but only 1 level deep...

Is it possible to show only the next level of categories in the category list?

So if I have:

1. Diapers(Category)
-----------This Diaper (Category)
--------------------This Diaper 1 (Category)
--------------------------------This diaper 1 (product)
--------------------This Diaper 2
---------------------------------This Diaper 2 (product)
-----------That Diaper
2. Cloths
3. Bags


etc.

I want to see

Diapers
----This Diaper
-----That Diaper
Cloths
----This Cloth
----That cloth
Bags
----This Bag
-----That Bag

You may have to code your own based on the categories sidebox - There is a module available that shows all categories and all subcategories... in the free addons area.

Try to find Simple Category Tree add on somewhere in download section or forum. It will do what you want, out-of-the-box
