The fastest way to get my attention is to post to one of my support threads; I often don't get to other threads because of time limitations.

The answer to your question is to use the built in exclude_product function in includes/modules/order_total/ot_giftwrap_checkout.php. Simply return true for the two items you want to offer gift wrapping on, and false for all others. Then you can use the module as is.
