Zone's Confusion and Large Weight Shipping.

Hello,
this my first post after switching from the PP SC...

We use DHL to ship to all corners of Europe, and in the future USA, so need Zones to be configured. How will people know what zone they are actually in, if there's no description text, can text be applied?
Is there an area where we can place the Zone details for the user?

Also, because we can be shipping from anywhere between 0.5Kg to 150Kg's, how complicated is it to configure the calculation of the shipping cost, based on weight, and check the users shipping zone requirements?

I suppose the ideal solution is to add together the total weight's of the products and select a shipping charge band based on the total weight. We hold the weight of each product and send via the add to cart button.

Not to put you off but, you can get all the info in the tutorials. It would take a lot of typing to cover what's already there and I'd probably leave something out.

Zen will automatically adjust zones based on your selection, the user's address, and the shipping address. You can easily specify where you do or don't want to ship.

alsso from the tutorials, select the shipping category and enter zones in the second box. Click search.
