I have a customer with a GV balance of $100. I can see it in her account when I look her up by customer, but I don't see her gv in the queue, coupons or sent area.
What am I missing?

If the Gift Certificate was purchased and you already released it, then it will not be in the Queue ...
If the Gift Certificate was purchased and the queue is not turned on, then it will not be in the Queue ...
If the Gift Certificate was purchased by someone else and sent to her and she claimed it, it will not be in the Queue ...
Look in the table:
coupons
do you see a Gift Certificate for 100.00?
If so, look in the other tables:
coupon_email_track
coupon_redeem_track
do you see the coupon_id for this?

This is a gift certificate that I manually sent. I just tried to send another one and when I clicked mail it just went to a blank screen.
Not sure what is going on here...or where to look for a fix.
I don't see the gv in my database anywhere.
If in v1.3.9 ... check your cache for debug logs ...
If not in v1.3.9, get the Debug Tool from the Free Software Add Ons and load that to see what error message you are getting ...
This sounds like a bad file if you are getting a white page on the mail ...
